No hay casilleros ni toallas a bordo del Catamarán ni en el club de playa.

El registo es 45 minutos antes de la salida en Mini Market & Deli en el Km 3.5 del Boulevard Kukulcan (Zona Hotelera de Cancún).

Description said possible sailing. Well, when we got there no sails even on the boat. So motor only. On the ride back, transportation was 20 mins late and made us cross the road to the van that was parked in a travel lane. Was pretty sketchy. Tour and crew were pretty good though.

I enjoyed the trip and the crew were very attentive. The documentation told us to wear a mask on the transport to the dock and to bring flip flops for the boat. Both these things are wrong. Masks are no longer required and we were not permitted to wear ANY shoes on the boat (Something I did not like. A bit unsanitary that!). We were to meet our boat a 4 PM after the lunch on the beach but the boat didn't turn up until 4:25 ...but no one was there to tell us it was delayed (apparently because the golf cart trip was running late). Better organization is required when plans change.

Staff was very helpful, polite and puts you at ease immediately. I was very happy the the service. They have your back and that made me feel safe.

Lacks a bit of coordination but an enjoyable excursion.

Happy Tours sells a third party product and provides transportation to and from the excursion starting point. They lacked a bit of organization in the drop off/ pick up before and after the actual excursion, but remedied quickly. Don't waste your money on the extra fee for the golf cart tour. Its only 45 minutes and you don't get any appreciable time at punta sur.
