The Selvatica Cancun ten zipline circuit is by far one of the best I have done. The lines are fast and long and it feels unbelievable to whiz over the treetops from tower to tower. The guides at each end are funny and nice, they sure add a lot to my experience with their smiles and attention to safety details. It’s a rush of pure adrenaline and joy and I think it’s something everyone should try at least once in their life.
Total bonus, remember I mentioned cenotes? Well, the cenote at Selvatica is a great example of these “limestone sinkholes”. Over the milenia the fresh rain water erodes the limestone and creates magical swimming holes in the jungle. Cenotes are considered sacred by the ancient Maya and a swim in the mineral-rich waters is a gift.
